Day 7

This past weekend, Pastor Ken about his dad's recent cancer diagnosis and the incredible faith and hope his parents are exhibiting during this time. He shared his parents are living out 2 Corinthians 4:7-9.

Read through this verse...

"We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves.
We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God. We get knocked down, but we are not destroyed." - 2 Corinthians 4:7-9

This verse is the TRUTH. It becomes truly transformational when we believe it, apply it to our lives, and live it out.

This week, print out this verse, highlight it in your Bible, and truly think about each word. Ask yourself, "How does this verse apply to my current situation? How can I live it out during this time?"
