Assistant Campus Pastor
Dublin Campus
Full-Time
The Assistant Campus Pastor provides leadership and support throughout the campus ministry. This role combines pastoral care, volunteer development, and operational leadership to strengthen the health, effectiveness, and growth of the Dublin Campus.
Kids Ministry Director
Alton Darby
Full-Time
The Kids Director provides spiritual and organizational leadership for Kids Ministry (birth through 5th grade) at the Alton Darby Campus. This person takes ownership of the health, growth, safety, and weekend experience of the entire ministry. Lead and develop staff, build a strong Difference Maker culture, partners with parents as the primary spiritual influence in their children’s lives, and ensures every environment is fun, friendly, focused, and safe. Working with the Central Kids Team, this role carries out Cypress-wide ministry strategy while continually strengthening Kids Ministry at the campus.
Student Ministry Leader
Alton Darby
Full-Time
The Alton Darby Student Ministry Leader oversees high school ministry (grades 9–12), leads weekly student experiences, develops Difference Makers, and builds relationships with students and families. Working with campus leadership and Central Student Ministries, this leader helps students grow in their faith and take next steps in following Jesus.
