Dublin Worship Leader
The Worship Leader is a spiritual and organizational leader who is responsible for the execution of all musical elements of the worship service at their respective campus. This person will ensure things are led in such a way that emphasizes the vision and strategy of Cypress. They will implement processes to care for and train their volunteer team. This person will also be a vital and participating Cypress Worship Arts team member, including availability for mid-week broadcast campus leading as assigned.

Requirements
- A strong walk with God through a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Ability to lead worship from an instrument, preferred (for example: acoustic guitar, piano)
- Teachable, with a desire to grow in their faith and abilities
- A self-starter—highly motivated
- Has a passion for Worship Arts
- Exemplary musical and presentational skills
- Understand tech side of worship to help execute and troubleshoot Sunday services
- A good role model
- Team player with effective relational skills (works well with others)

Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, care for Difference Makers on the Worship and Tech Teams
- Scheduling worship and tech volunteers
- Ownership of Planning Center for the Dublin Worship/Tech Teams, ensuring information is up to date
- Creation of weekly tracks for Dublin Worship Team using Playback/Ableton
- Directing weekly rehearsals and the musical execution for weekend services
- Coordinates ongoing training for the worship and tech teams
- Work with Central Team Worship Director to ensure campus consistency
- Assist in planning and implementation of music selections for services
- Assist in leading and developing Worship interns/residents as assigned
- Assist the Central Worship Director with central tasks that include but are not limited to creating tracks for all campus events, organize/assign campus for staff chapels, general assistance for campus worship leaders, maintain worship audition website, create edited charts, create vocal charts, create cloud songs, ensure new song files are in Planning Center, record harmony parts)
- Leads worship for other ministries/events, as assigned
- Work collaboratively with the Campus Tech Leader
- Ensure quality maintained worship space, equipment, and all worship/tech supplies
- Help execute set design
- Collaborate with the Campus Pastor to create a healthy campus environment
- Other duties as assigned
