Greeters, I’m New, Next Steps, & Campus Store
Makes Cypress feel like home to every person who walks through the doors. Greets, hosts, and engages people throughout the facilities in order to reach more people and change lives. Answers questions and helps people identify their next step by providing resources and information about service times, Small Groups, Getting Started, Outreach initiatives, and Kids and Student ministries. Helps people purchase apparel in the campus store.
Meets first aid needs and helps with medical emergencies at services and special events. CPR/BLS certified
Greets guests with a smile and provides a positive first and last impression as guests arrive and exit. Provides clear directions and a safe and efficient parking experience.
Helps with mowing, landscaping, and set-up/tear-down at campuses. Also, transports equipment and sets up and tears down all environments at our portable campuses.
Before and After Service Prayer
Provides prayer covering before services and prays with individuals after services.
Security & Safety
Helps provide a safe environment during services and special events.

Provides a positive worship experience by assisting guests with seating and helping to ensure a distraction-free worship environment. Answers questions and helps people identify their next step.
Creates a fun environment through Bible teaching, worship, small groups, and prayer, giving 4/5 graders opportunities to develop their relationship with Jesus.
Creates a welcoming environment and assists families with checking in, dropping off, and picking up children. Helps to answer any questions pertaining to Kids Ministry.
Elementary (K-3rd grade)
Invests in the lives of children by giving them the opportunity to discover and develop a passion for God through Bible teaching, worship, small groups, prayer, and games.
Nursery & Early Childhood (0-5 years)
Serves and cares for children from birth through preschool age. Provides an opportunity for them to hear the life-giving message of Jesus through Bible stories, worship, prayer, and hands-on activities.
Wonderfully Made Serves children with special needs by providing a “buddy” who offers care and personal attention so they can participate in our environments successfully. Some campuses have a Wonderfully Made Room with trained leaders who can care for children with special needs.
Background check required to serve in any Kids’ area
Small Groups Team
Leads weekly small groups for people to experience authentic community, find friends & freedom, care for one another, and grow in their relationship with Jesus. Groups include men, women, couples, young adults, prayer, sports, support & recovery, and more.
Middle School (6th – 8th grades)
Helps students feel welcomed and known by creating environments where they connect with God, experience Him, and take their next step. Leads students in small groups and worship. Encourages students to serve and attend camps and other activities.
High School (9th - 12th grades)
Helps students connect with God and others through worship, teaching, small groups, camps, and by serving on a Difference Maker Team.

Helps facilitates a powerful, on-stage worship experience by utilizing the skills of vocalists and instrumentalists. Audition and application process
